Lilly will be recognized at the Departure Honours Awards on May 7th, 2026, at Koerner Hall in Toronto, ON. The award will be presented by Sarah Cummings, the inaugural Trailblazer Honour Award recipient.

The Leadership Council

Each year, we recognize a Woman Trailblazer for her exceptional contributions to innovation, leadership, community impact, and international influence. Moving forward, the selection process will transition from a voting model to a defined, criteria-based evaluation.

Our title and gold sponsors will be invited to join Trailblazers and Departure in forming a Leadership Council, with each member submitting one nomination annually. From these nominations, one recipient will be selected and awarded the Trailblazers Honour at the Honours event.
